Orders & Payments
Yes. Each piece is handcrafted for you once your order is placed - so you can have it exactly how you want!
Most orders take 3 to 4 weeks to make, plus delivery time as every order is made specifically for you! Bespoke designs may take longer, and we will keep you updated.
We accept all major debit and credit cards through Shopify Pay. All transactions are secure.
Changes or cancellations can usually be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that we cannot guarantee adjustments as production may already have begun.
Materials & Quality
Yes. All Svarna jewellery is crafted in solid 9k, 14k or 18k gold. We never use plating or vermeil. Solid gold keeps its colour and will not tarnish or fade.
Solid gold does not tarnish in the way plated jewellery does, though it can appear dull over time from everyday wear. A simple polish will restore its shine. White gold is rhodium plated for a bright finish and this may need refreshing over time.
Yes. We specialise in high-quality lab grown diamonds. These have the same physical, chemical and optical properties as mined diamonds but are more sustainable and ethical.
All diamonds over 0.5ct come with independent certification. Smaller stones are carefully sourced to the same standards of cut, clarity and colour.
Where possible we use recycled gold and we always source responsibly.
Sizing & Fit
We provide a ring size guide on our website and can also send a complimentary ring sizer on request.
Yes. We offer one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery (UK only). After this, resizing can be arranged for a service fee.
We use secure butterfly backs or screw backs depending on the design, chosen for comfort and peace of mind.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes. Shipping is free across the UK with Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, which is fully tracked and insured.
Yes. We offer tracked and insured delivery worldwide: Europe £15, USA & Canada £25, Rest of World £30.
Europe £15 (5 to 10 working days), USA & Canada £25 (7 to 10 working days), Rest of World £30 (10 to 14 working days).
For orders outside the UK, local duties and taxes may apply once your parcel reaches the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Every order is shipped in our signature Svarna packaging and placed inside a secure outer box for safe delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided the piece is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Bespoke, customised and engraved pieces are final sale unless faulty.
Email us at hello@svarna.co.uk with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a tracked and signed-for service.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different piece, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair or replace it free of charge.
Warranty & Care
All jewellery comes with a 5 year guarantee against manufacturing defects. We will also replace lost stones up to 0.15ct once, free of charge.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, and repairs carried out by another jeweller are not covered. Larger stones can be reset or replaced for a service fee.

Clean your jewellery with warm soapy water and a soft brush, then dry with a lint-free cloth. Store separately in your Svarna box to avoid scratches.
