Shipping Policy
At Svarna we aim to deliver your jewellery securely and on time. Each order is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance.
UK Delivery

Free Tracked and Insured Delivery on all orders

Delivery time: 1 to 3 working days once your jewellery has been completed

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, insured up to £2,500
International Delivery

Europe: £15 Tracked and Insured Delivery (5 to 10 working days)

USA & Canada: £25 Tracked and Insured Delivery (7 to 10 working days)

Rest of World: £30 Tracked and Insured Delivery (10 to 14 working days)

Delivery times are estimates and delays caused by couriers or customs are outside our control
Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or local customs fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Production Times
Most of our jewellery is made to order. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for crafting before dispatch. Bespoke designs may take longer. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your jewellery has shipped.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in our signature Svarna packaging inside a secure outer box for safe delivery.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love your SVARNA piece, but if for any reason it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns for Non-Bespoke Items
If you’ve purchased a non-bespoke piece, you’re welcome to return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be:

In its original packaging

In the same condition you received it
Please email us at Hello@svarna.co.uk with your order number to start the return process. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, and we recommend using a tracked service to ensure it arrives safely.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to show in your account.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items
Bespoke jewellery, including custom designs, personalised engravings, or any pieces made to your exact specifications, cannot be returned or refunded. These pieces are specially crafted just for you, so we’re unable to accept them back unless they are faulty.
We recommend double-checking all details, including ring sizes and engravings, before placing your bespoke order. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to guide you before you purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care in making and checking each piece. If something arrives damaged or you believe there’s a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
